The external structure, including the doors, is made of 3mm steel sheet, while the internal vertical and horizontal partitions and door panels are 2mm thick. The cabinet is divided into 12 upper compartments (240mm wide x 170mm high) and one lower compartment (560mm wide x 400mm high), both 400mm deep, each equipped with a single-expansion, double-turn lock with an independent double-bit key.
The 12 doors can also be opened using a central locking device, which opens all compartments simultaneously. All doors are shaped to create a double-leaf closure, flush with the corresponding vertical lock plate, to protect the latches.
The lower compartment, which can be used for any departmental armament, is equipped with a pair of three-groove gun rests (270mm wide x 50mm high x 25mm deep) and a pair of butt rests fixed to the bottom. Four adjustable screw-type stabilizers are positioned on the cabinet base for proper installation, while the cabinet can be wall-mounted using the three pairs of holes on the back.
